A retired professor launched into a profanity-laced tirade after a Colorado liberal arts college approved a Turning Point USA chapter on campus in a video that resurfaced on social media.

Anthropology professor emeritus David Kozak of Fort Lewis College unleashed the rant in November after the Associated Students of Fort Lewis College reversed a previous denial of approval for the TPUSA chapter following a petition drive that netted over 1,000 signatures, according to a Nov. 17 TPUSA release. Kozak was caught on video labeling the conservative student organization “Nazis” and making an obscene gesture.

“Go on, fascists. Go on, Nazi lovers,” Kozak said at one point, while also at times screaming, “Fuck the Nazis.”

In a statement released to Fox News in November, Fort Lewis College said that Kozak retired in 2022.

“At Fort Lewis College, we remain committed to fostering an environment grounded in academic excellence, free expression, and civil discourse,” the college said.

Since the Sept. 10 assassination of TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk, the conservative student organization has received over 100,000 inquiries about starting chapters in high schools and colleges. Despite the extensive interest from students, the establishment of chapters has met resistance from teachers and administrators.

Left-wing students and groups protested the establishment of a TPUSA chapter in Royal Oak, Michigan, with a walkout and comments at a Nov. 13 school board meeting. Officials in Prince William County, Virginia, came under fire after trying to block the establishment of a TPUSA chapter in a local high school.

In the past, events hosted by TPUSA have been targeted with violent responses to their events. At a Nov. 11 event at the University of California at Berkeley, one attendee was beaten by left-wing protesters from Antifa.
