About Áed mac Cináeda
Áed mac Cináeda was a son of Cináed mac Ailpín. He became king of the Picts in 877 when he succeeded his brother Constantín mac Cináeda. He was posthumously given the epithet "Fhionnscothach" by the Duan Albanach.
