About Benjamin Guggenheim
Benjamin Guggenheim was an American businessman who was a member of the Guggenheim family. He was among the most prominent American passengers aboard the British ocean liner RMS Titanic and perished along with 1,495 others when the ship sank on her maiden voyage.
