Claude Benton Hudspeth was an American politician, lawyer, and rancher from El Paso, Texas. A member of the Democratic Party, he served in the United States House of Representatives for Texas's 16th congressional district from 1919 to 1931 after serving in both chambers of the Texas Legislature.
