About Keiichi Ishii
Keiichi Ishii is a Japanese politician who serves as Vice Speaker of the House of Representatives since February 2026. He was previously chief representative of Komeito in 2024, secretary general of the same party from 2020 to 2024, and Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under Prime Minister Shinzo Abe from 2015 to 2019.
