Kid Rock Releases Single, Plans First Christian Album
Kid Rock released “James 1:17 (Jesus Is King)” as the lead single from his first Christian album, “Halfway 2 Jesus,” which is slated for Oct. 17. He says the project grew out of his faith journey and the success of his faith-focused cover of “‘Til You Can’t”; the album is set to blend rock, country and hip-hop, with guest appearances including Eminem.
