About Lucy Rigby
Lucy Clementine Moores Rigby is a British politician and solicitor who has served as Economic Secretary to the Treasury since July 2026, having previously held the same role from September 2025 to May 2026. A member of the Labour Party, she has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Northampton North since 2024. Rigby was previously Chief Secretary to the Treasury from May to July 2026 and Solicitor General for England and Wales from 2024 to 2025.
