About Malvern St James
Malvern St James School operated as an independent day and boarding school before closing in the summer of 2026 following severe financial collapse. The disappearance of exceeding 6 million pounds in charitable funds was obscured by late accounts and a six-month extension applied for by the trustees in May 2025, which delayed the mandatory public disclosure of the heavy losses.
