Manases "Mans" Reyes Carpio is a Filipino lawyer and the husband of Vice President Sara Duterte. He is the second male spouse of a Philippine vice president, after Jose Miguel Arroyo, husband of Vice President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo from 1998 to 2001.
