Family sues Publix over blueberry-linked death
The family of Karla Mullins, a Florida woman who died after allegedly eating recalled GreenWise frozen blueberries linked to an E. coli outbreak, is suing Publix and distributor Quirch Foods. The lawsuit also says Mullins’ son became seriously ill and seeks damages, while the claims against the companies have not been adjudicated.
