
Manipal Health IPO Plans Price Band ₹560-₹590
Temasek-backed Manipal Health Enterprises is launching a roughly Rs 9,275 crore IPO with a price band of Rs 560-590 per share, valuing the hospital group at about Rs 77,607 crore and opening for subscription on July 29 for three days. Proceeds will be used to deleverage and fund growth, including prepaying borrowings and acquiring a minority stake in Sahyadri Hospitals, with an offer-for-sale by existing shareholders as part of the issue.
