Raquel Lee Sues Disney Over On-Set Abuse
Former Disney child star Raquel Lee alleges a middle-aged Disney employee repeatedly sexually assaulted and groomed her at age 14 during The Poof Point in 2001, and she accuses Disney of negligence and concealing the abuse by failing to protect her and ignoring warning signs. Represented by Doug Wigdor, Lee says the misconduct occurred on set and in hotel rooms, with Disney allegedly separating her from guardians and blaming her for changes in behavior as she lost roles afterward.
