About Robert Waterman
Robert Whitney Waterman was an American politician and businessman who was the 17th governor of California from 1887 to 1891. He was also the 17th lieutenant governor of California in 1887. He was involved in gold and silver mining and owned the Rancho Cuyamaca in California.
