
REC’s ₹500 crore tokenized bond draws nearly eight times oversubscription from top banks
REC Ltd issued India’s first pilot tokenized corporate bond under SEBI’s sandbox, raising ₹500 crore with an 8x oversubscription and settling the issue on the same day with listings on NSE and BSE, using RBI’s wholesale CBDC for settlement.
