About Thomas Potter
Thomas Potter was an illiterate fisherman-farmer who in 1760 built a chapel in Good Luck, New Jersey, for the purpose of spreading the doctrine of Universalism. He is considered an important figure in the history of Universalism in America, and often seen as one of its founders.
