Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany is comparing former President Donald Trump and President Joe Biden’s speeches.

Speaking on Fox News “Hannity” Thursday evening, McEnany pointed out that the speeches are “not something [Trump] had to practice 10 times on a teleprompter,” adding, “He was not afraid of questions.”

McEnany suggested Trump’s speeches are the “diametric opposite” of “what you’re getting from the Biden basement strategy administration.”

The former press secretary also hit Biden for not giving the Trump administration credit for Operation Warp Speed, which dealt with the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.

She pointed to Andy Slavitt’s, a senior adviser to the White House’s COVID team, comments on Thursday where he said on Fox News, “We’re grateful for the work that came before us and are doing the best we can to continue it and accelerate it.”

“I would absolutely tip my hat,” he continued, adding, “The Trump administration made sure that we got in record time a vaccine up and out. That’s a great thing and it’s something we should all be excited about.”

McEnany said, “[Biden] won’t acknowledge it, but his adviser whose pulling the strings will.”

Watch McEnany’s comments below:

McEnany recently said on Fox News that she “warned some of the reporters there in the press corps” that Biden would not be as accessible to them as Trump was for questions.

“In the waning days of the Trump administration, he didn’t do as much press availabilities every day as he walked to [Marine One] or those press conferences,” she said.

McEnany added, “I said to the correspondents, ‘You’re getting a little taste of what it will be like in the Biden administration.’ I said I wouldn’t expect to see much of him. We haven’t. We’re still waiting on that solo press conference, we’re still waiting for the day, apparently by the end of the month.”

Biden delivered his first primetime address on Thursday evening, marking the one-year anniversary of COVID-19 lockdown in the U.S.

During his speech, the president predicted Americans will be able to gather in “small groups” to celebrate Fourth of July. He also shared that he would direct states to make it so all adults in the U.S. will be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine by May 1.

“I promise I will do everything in my power. I will not relent until we beat this virus,” Biden said, adding, “But I need you, the American people…I need every American to do their part.”
