A conversation between actor Jon Stewart and political commentator Jack Posobiec reached a boiling point as they got into a screaming match.

The editor-in-chief of The National Pulse, Raheem J. Kassam, shared a video of the exchange.

He captioned the post, “So uh, [Jack Posobiec] and I went to speak with Jon Stewart outside the Capitol.”

Kassam added, “Jack asked some pretty ordinary questions, and Jon began screaming in our faces for about 10 minutes. At one point he was nose to nose with me. I kept trying to calm him down.”

It is not clear what led to the loud exchange.

In another video, Stewart accused Posobiec of being a “troll.”

He yelled, “These people have suffered for fifteen years because you’re a f***ing troll. You’re a troll. Not in good faith. You’re not in good faith.”

Posobiec later posted a video asking Stewart if they have come to an agreement.

“Yes sir. I lost my temper a little bit. I felt like I was being trolled. I realized that the important thing is, just gotta get this done for these guys and get them over the finish line to get the healthcare they need,” Stewart said.

Additionally, the political commentator told The Daily Caller he is “glad that Jon Stewart was willing to put aside politics and eventually come to the table with me.”

He added, “This is about veterans, not how many retweet[s] we can get.”

The exchange comes just days after Stewart went after Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) for opposing a bill to help military veterans exposed to toxic burn pits while serving.

“The bill that Ted Cruz voted yes on had the exact same funding provisions as the bill he voted no on. It’s the exact same bill. None of this makes any sense,” Stewart said during an interview with NBC.

He refuted Cruz’s suggestion that the bill is a “budgetary trick.”

“That’s just a word salad that he’s spewing into his coffee cup on his way to God knows where, as veterans sit in Washington, D.C., in the sweltering heat, demanding that they pass this legislation that they’ve been fighting for, for 15 years,” Stewart explained.
