Country singer Naomi Judd did not mention her daughters in her final will, according to a report.
RadarOnline reported that Naomi Judd left her widower husband control over her fortune and estate believed to be estimated at $25 million.
According to documents obtained by the outlet, Naomi Judd did not include the names of her daughters Wynonna or Ashley.
The document states, “I nominate and appoint my spouse, Larry Strickland, as Executor of my estate.”
It continues, “In the event my spouse ceases or fails to serve, then I nominate and appoint my brother-in-law, Reginald Strickland, and Daniel Kris Wiatr as Co-Executors. I direct that no bond shall be required of my Executor.”
RadarOnline was reportedly told that Winona Judd is “upset” at her mother’s decision as she was a member of The Judds and “believes she was a major force behind her mother’s success.”
In April, it was reported that Naomi Judd had died at age 76.
Ashley Judd tweeted at the time, “Today we sisters experienced a tragedy. We lost our beautiful mother to the disease of mental illness.”
She added, “We are shattered. We are navigating profound grief and know that as we loved her, she was loved by her public. We are in unknown territory.”

She later shared that her mother died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Ashley Judd said during an interview with “Good Morning America,” “We’re aware that although grieving the loss of a wife and a mother, we are, in an uncanny way, a public family.”
She added, “So that’s really the impetus for this timing. Otherwise, it’s obviously way too soon. So that’s important for us to say up front.”
According to Ashley Judd, her mother “used a firearm.”
Later in the interview, she told Diane Sawyer, “That’s the piece of information that we are very uncomfortable sharing, but understand that we’re in a position that if we don’t say it, someone else is going to.”
Commenting on her mother’s mental illness, Ashley Judd said, “She was someone who suffered from mental illness, you know, and had a lot of trouble getting off the sofa, except to go into town every day to the Cheesecake Factory, where all the staff knew and loved her.”
