A few months after Joe Biden announced his candidacy in 2019, information available to the Committee shows Hunter Biden received two wires from China for $250,000 and $10,000, including from Jonathan Li.
More alarming, the…
According to Fox News, the wires were more than $250,000 and were related to Hunter Biden’s BHR Partners business dealings.
Hunter was a member of the board of directors for BHR Partners and the first wire was a $10,000 payment transferred on July 26, 2019.
Ms. Wang Xin is listed as the originator of the wire and had also sat on the BHR Partners board of directors.
The second wire came from BHR Partners CEO Li Xiang Sheng on Aug. 2, 2019, for $250,000.
These were sent to Joe Biden’s home address in Delaware.
It is unclear whether Hunter Biden was living with his father at the time of the transfers or not, but House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) stated, “Bank records don’t lie, but President Joe Biden does.”
“In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family never received money from China,” he went on.
“We’ve already proved that to be a lie earlier this year, and now we know that two wires originating from Beijing listed Joe Biden’s Wilmington home as the beneficiary address when he was running for president of the United States,” Comer added.
“When Joe Biden was vice president, he spoke on the phone and had coffee with Jonathan Li in Beijing and later wrote a college letter of recommendation for his children,” he concluded.
He then noted, “Joe Biden’s abuse of public office for his family’s financial gain threatens our national security.”
Comer also asked, “What did the Bidens do with this money from Beijing?”
The bank records also allegedly display the Biden family received $24 million from foreign nationals between 2014 and 2019.
The White House attorneys did not respond to Fox News regarding the situation amid the current impeachment inquiry.
