Former “The Biggest Loser” fitness star Jillian Michaels spoke out against bioligical men competing against women in sports.

On Thursday, Michaels, 49, appeared on Fox News commentator Tomi Lahren’s podcast “Tomi Lahren Is Fearless,” via OutKick, and shared why she doesn’t support gender inclusion in sports.

“Sports is biological. It just is,” she explained. “And I think that you’re starting to actually see women get hurt.”

She also referenced transgender MMA fighter Fallon Fox who she said was “beating the s*** out of biological women.”

According to Life Site News, Fox faced scrutiny after breaking the eye socket of her opponent Tamikka Brents and giving her a concussion.

Michaels added, “Like, this is beyond the fact of fairness. What we have trouble with as a society is ‘fairness,’ right? Everybody wants to be ‘fair.’ It’s not fair.”

However, she further explained the “problem” with that mindset.

“I understand it’s not fair to trans athletes, because where are they going to compete? It’s also not fair to biological female athletes. You have an issue, right?” she continued, adding “You’re not going to be able to be fair to everyone.”

The fitness entrepreneur also brought up transgender swimmer Lia Thomas who was the first man to win the Division I national championship at the women’s 500-yard freestyle event in 2022, via ESPN.

“Like Lia Thomas is 6-foot-1. The percentage of biological females who are 6-foot-1 is under 1%. Lia Thomas was number 400 when she swam as a male. And number one when she swam as a female,” Michaels shared.

Additionally, Michaels claimed, “We’re going to systematically destroy women’s sports.”

“I’m sorry, listen, if you want to be trans, I support you. I want you to have all the same rights that I do. But at the end of the day, someone’s going to get ‘effed here,” she asserted.

She continued, “And if you’re looking at, okay, you’ve got X amount of trans athletes and X amount of women, you’re not going to win this one. Right. No one’s coming out unscathed.”

This came after the U.S. Department of Education proposed a change to the Title IX law to “protect LGBTQI+ students from discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics,” making it illegal for schools to ban transgender athletes from competing in sports that align with their gender identity, via NPR
