Hamas released a video on Sunday with a warning of the “fate” of three Israeli hostages currently held prisoner.

Three hostages, Noa Argamani, 26, Yossi Sharabi, 53, and Itai Svirsky, 38, were identified in a 37-second video with a chilly warning, according to Reuters.

“Tomorrow we will inform you of their fate,” the warning from Hamas said.

Hamas admitted earlier on Sunday that it had lost contact with some of the hostages amid attacks from the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). Due to these attacks, some of the hostages may have been killed.

Israeli officials cast doubt on Hamas’ claim that some of the hostages had died as a result of Israel’s attacks on Gaza, labeling it “psychological warfare.”

Autopsies of the deceased hostages that had been recovered showed no signs of having been killed in Israeli airstrikes, Hagar Mizrahi, an official with the Israeli Health Ministry, said.

In the aftermath of Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack on Israel, roughly 1,200 people were left dead and more than 200 people were taken as hostages. While some hostages have been released, there are reportedly still 132 people being held captive by Hamas.
