A chaotic scene was recorded at the U.S. border as migrants stormed passed Texas National Guard members.
On Thursday, The New York Post’s Jennie Taer posted on X, “This is the moment when TX National Guard became overrun by migrants rioting to get across the border here in El Paso today.”
“We were there and saw it all happen. Absolute chaos here,” she added.
The video showed illegal immigrants breaking down a barrier at an area known as Gate 36 and storming passed National Guard members.
Eventually, they were stopped by a border gate.

The Post reports over 100 migrants, which it said were mostly men, were involved.
Migrants could be heard saying, “We have women and children, we’re hungry.”
The paper noted, “Most children were in another group — one which was being prepared for processing to be let into the country.”
Officials told the paper many of the migrants were pushed back. However, others were arrested while others were let into the country.
“The migrants that we encountered here today at Gate 36 will be taken to a processing center,” Border Patrol agent Orlando Marrero told KFOX14.”
