An interview with Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) was derailed after the journalist veered from the topic it was supposed to be about to whether she would accept the results of the 2020 election.

On Wednesday, Greene was being interviewed by Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s (ABC) current affairs show “7:30” about Wikileaks founder Julian Assange’s plea deal.

Anchor Sarah Ferguson then chose to ask the congresswoman about an unrelated topic.

“If [the election] doesn’t go your way, if [President Joe Biden] wins, will you accept the result?” she asked.

A frustrated Greene shot back, “What does this have to do with Julian Assange? That’s what we’re supposed to be talking about.”

While looking off camera, she asked, “What network is that? What is this? ABC in Australia? Is she getting her marching orders from the Democrat Party? Is this what you decided to come up with today?”

Ferguson defended the question, saying, “You’re a prominent figure in U.S. politics. The first debate is tomorrow. The result of the election is on the minds not just of Americans, but of the whole world. So it’s a natural point of curiosity.”

“But I understand that we’ve reached the end of the questions that you want to answer. Thank you for talking to us about Julian Assange and for joining the program,” she added.
