President Joe Biden is facing questions about whether he saw the moments during his debate with former President Donald Trump where he appeared to be confused.
NBC News’ Lester Holt asked, “In your last TV interview, you were asked if you had watched the debate. Your answer was, ‘I don’t think so, no.'”
“I’ve seen pieces of it. I’ve not watched the whole debate,” Biden responded.
Holt then asked, “Are you seeing what they saw, which was moments where, frankly, you appeared to be confused?”
Biden shot back, “Lester, look, why don’t you guys ever talk about the 18 — the 28 lies he told. Where are you on this? Why doesn’t the press ever talk about this? Twenty-eight times, it’s confirmed he lied in that debate.”

He added, “I had a bad, bad night. I wasn’t feeling well at all… I screwed up.”
Holt interjected, “I just ask the questions because of the idea that you may or may not have seen what some of these other folks have seen.”
“I don’t have to see! I was there!” Biden responded with a laugh.
He then asked again about why the media allegedly has not talked about the lies allegedly told by Trump during the debate.
When Holt insisted the media has covered that subject, Biden said, “No, you haven’t. No, you haven’t. God love ya.”
At the end of the interview, Biden told Holt, “Sometimes come and talk to me about what we should be talking about, OK? The issues.”
