Former first lady Melania Trump was angry about the raid of her Mar-a-Lago residence two years ago, calling it “an invasion of privacy.”
“Yeah, it made me angry. Yes. Invasion of privacy. And, the way it was done, was I was really surprised,” Trump said in an exclusive interview with “Fox & Friends.”

The raid took place on Aug. 8, 2022, when an investigation into how former President Donald Trump handled classified documents was underway, per The Hill.
The former first lady was asked by host Ainsley Earhardt, “What would it look like when you walked back in your house that had been raided?”
“I saw unpleasant stuff that nobody wants to see it,” Melania Trump responded. “And you get angry because, you know, nobody should be, putting up with that kind of stuff. Some person, I don’t even know who or how many people, they, you know, they went through my stuff.”
The classified documents case was ultimately dismissed earlier this year. U.S. Judge Aileen Cannon ruled that special counsel Jack Smith had not been lawfully appointed.
Melania Trump’s interview was part of a promotion swing for her upcoming memoir, “Melania.”
