Clavicular, a prominent looksmaxxing internet streamer, sparred with Piers Morgan over his “gotcha” interviewing style in an interview released on Thursday.
During the latest episode of “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” Morgan aired a clip of Andrew Tate telling Clavicular that Morgan will “go to war” with him and try to frustrate him. Clavicular said that he has witnessed Morgan “deliberately” try to make people he was interviewing look bad, though he expressed hope that they could have a good interview without Morgan trying to find “gotcha clips.”
“I just assume that because that’s kind of historically what I’ve seen,” Clavicular said. “That’s based off my own experiences.”
“So you’ve watched my interviews and think I try to trap people?” Morgan asked.
“I think so, I think you deliberately try to make people look bad,” Clavicular replied. “Usually people on sort of the fringe of the right-wing. But like I said before, you sort of haven’t automatically aligned me there, maybe we’ll be able to have a good interview that’s not just you looking for gotchu clips.”

Morgan argued that challenging people on their own statements is not a “gotcha,” though those types of interviews can get heated. He told Clavicular that he is “slightly mystified” on why he gets associated with people who are right-wing.
Clavicular assured that he is not political and is primarily concerned with improving his looks to the maximum degree.
“But the clips that go out, I often think, I see the reaction to them and I go, ‘really?’ You think that I just sit here and I just want to trap people when all I’m doing is repeating back to them what they said. I don’t think that’s a trap, that’s just holding people accountable for their own outpourings, right, which is why, in your case, that’s why I’m slightly mystified that you get boxed in with these guys because I don’t see much of a track record of you saying inflammatory, right-wing things,” Morgan said.
“Yeah, I would agree with you there,” Clavicular said. “I would say that people don’t really know how to handle my ideology, and so they want to figure out which political camp I’m apart of so desperately, and so there’s kind of a struggle to loop me into specific groups. But it’s like I always say, politics are jester, it’s not something that I want to involve myself in. It’s not something I want to talk about because I simply don’t care. My main pursuit is that of aesthetics and improving my looks to the maximum degree and using every single mechanism available to me. So the fact that that’s become a political phenomenon doesn’t make sense to me at all.”
Morgan held intense interviews with live-streamer Nick Fuentes and Andrew Tate, both of whom Clavicular has hung around with. Clavicular criticized Morgan during the interview for pressing Fuentes on being a virgin.
Clavicular rose to high prominence on the internet by streaming his day-to-day life and promoting looksmaxxing, which focuses on maximizing one’s physical attractiveness through several methods such as peptides and plastic surgery. He told The Daily Wire in December that Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom will beat Vice President J.D. Vance in a hypothetic 2028 presidential matchup because Newsom is better looking.
