This comes after a firearms report suggested that Baldwin may have pulled the trigger “sufficiently” enough to kill Hutchins.
In January 2023, the Santa Fe County District Attorney’s Office charged Baldwin and “Rust” armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed with two counts of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Hutchins.
