And who leaked this juicy little memo? None other than Corey DeAngelis, the school choice evangelist who the teachers’ unions probably have dartboards of in their offices. So either Leo is woefully careless with his email, or—and this is the fun part—someone inside the DSA wanted this out. Someone wanted this heard. Loud and clear.
