President Joe Biden ran into a few problems during his speech at the United Nations Climate Change Conference.
On Friday, Biden began to quote a report about the impact of investments in clean energy.
“Our significant climate investment will quote help turbocharge the emer… the ener… the er… excuse me… turbocharge the emerging global clean energy cli… clean energy economy,” Biden said.
He added, “I was reading the quote, sorry.”

Biden’s speech was also briefly interrupted by some audience members.
“As I stand here before you, we’ve taken enormous strides to achieve that,” he began.
As he spoke, hecklers started to make what appeared to be whooping sounds.

Earlier this week, the president tripped over a word while speaking about Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“You’ve seen the threats from President Putin about the use of his nuclear forces,” Biden said during a Wednesday press conference.

He went on, “Remember how you all went after him when I said that was real? I just found it interesting that, ‘Biden is being apopa — acop — apoc — acopa — Biden is being extremist.'”
