Catholic Leaders Plan 9/11 Anniversary Events

As the 25th anniversary of 9/11 approaches, Catholic leaders and clergy recall the victims, first responders, and survivors, emphasizing remembrance, healing, and a renewed call for peace and dialogue. From Pope John Paul II’s message of unity through Christ to commemorative Masses and bishops’ reflections, the church frames the tragedy as a test of charity, dignity, and shared humanity.
