New footage released Monday showed former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton raging at the House Oversight Committee when a photograph of her deposition was leaked.
Clinton testified about her potential ties to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein on Thursday, though the deposition was temporarily halted when Republican Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert leaked a photograph to podcaster Benny Johnson. New footage released by the Oversight Committee showed Clinton rage and storm out of the room when her attorney informed her of the photograph.
“I’m done with this. If you guys are doing that, then I am done. You can hold me in contempt from now until the cows come home,” Clinton said. “This is just typical behavior.”
Boebert revealed that she posted one photograph of Clinton and stated she would take it down, prompting Clinton to get even angrier.
“Oh for heaven’s sake. It doesn’t matter, we are all abiding by the same rules!” Clinton said in response to Boebert. “Yeah, I’m done for now!”

The hearing resumed soon after that moment.
Johnson posted the photograph to his X account on Thursday and claimed the photo was “authorized” to be made public.
The Clinton’s agreed to testify before the committee on Feb. 2 if their deposition would be made public. according to The New York Times congressional correspondent Annie Karni. The couple was deposed in response to files and photographs showing that Clinton was in contact with Epstein and his former business partner, Ghislaine Maxwell.
One photograph released by the Department of Justice (DOJ) in December 2025 showed Clinton sitting in a hot tub with Epstein and a girl whose face was redacted. Clinton told lawmakers on Friday that he did not know the woman or have sex with her. More photos showed Clinton socializing with Maxwell and smiling with Epstein at what appeared to be a dinner party.
Documents released on Feb. 1 also showed that Maxwell played a major role in financially supporting the Clinton Global Initiative, Clinton’s major project after leaving the White House, according to The New York Times.
Clinton reportedly sent Epstein a birthday letter in 2003 that was later put into an album by Epstein’s former partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) first reported. Angel Ureña, a spokesperson for Clinton, told the Times Clinton had “nothing to hide” and called for the full release of the files.
Before his deposition, Clinton said in a Friday statement that he never witnessed any wrongdoing from Epstein and had no knowledge of any of his crimes. He criticized the Oversight Committee for deposing Hillary, who he assured had never met Epstein or had any association with him whatsoever.
Clinton told the committee that he remembered President Donald Trump telling him about a falling out he had with Epstein over a land deal in the early 2000s and was no longer friends with Epstein, CNN reported.
