Sirius XM’s Megyn Kelly announced the launch of her new podcast network Tuesday that will include political analyst and “2Way” founder Mark Halperin.
Kelly is launching MK Media, a podcast and video network, which will be hosted by Halperin, Daily Mail culture columnist Maureen Callahan and political commentator Link Lauren, with more to follow, she announced on Instagram. The hosts’ programs on the new network will be launched in April and May.
“Today we’re announcing the launch of MK Media, a podcast network of video and audio shows…which we will produce and help promote. We’re starting with three out the gate which will launch in April and May,” Kelly said.
Halperin will host the program “Next Up with Mark Halperin,” while Callahan and Lauren will host shows called “The Nerve with Maureen Callahan” and “Spot On with Link Lauren,” Kelly announced. Kelly praised Halperin for being “extremely well connected” and for having deep insight into the political realm.
The “2Way” host said he is “honored, delighted [and] pleased” to be joining Kelly’s new venture.
“Honored, delighted, pleased as punch to be joining @megynkelly & her new network,” Halperin said on “X.”
Halperin confirmed to the Daily Caller News Foundation that there will be “no changes” made to 2Way, where he currently hosts two daily programs with more on the way. His show gained significant popularity since the 2024 election, as he gave deep insight into polling, the candidates and other major political aspects.
MK Media will be overseen by Steve Krakauer, who is currently the executive producer of “The Megyn Kelly Show.”
“So excited to launch MK Media with @MegynKelly, and expand our content umbrella with new talent and verticals. Glad to have @MarkHalperin, @DM_Maureen, Callahan, and @itslinklauren host our first three shows, launching in April and May,” Krakauer said.
Kelly is launching the new network following the key role podcasts played during the election. After taking the advice of his son Barron, President Donald Trump appeared on “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Theo Von’s program and other prominent shows that helped him gain popularity with young audiences.
