White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany is calling on Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden to tell the American people whether he will pack the Supreme Court if he is elected president in November.
A reporter pressed Biden on Friday on whether the voters deserve to know if he will pack the court.
“No they don’t deserve to know. I’m not going to play his game. He’d love me to talk about… I’ve already said something on court packing. He’d love that to be the the discussion instead of what he’s doing now,” Biden said.
Fox News host Steve Doocy suggested voters would want a straight answer from Biden ahead of the election.
“Yeah you certainly would and you’re entitled to that. Of course voters deserve to know. This is how seriously President Trump took his promises to the American people,” McEnany said.
She added, “He put out a list with the very names of who he would put on the Supreme Court. He didn’t owe that to voters but he gave it to them because he’s transparent and wanted voters to know exactly where he stands. Yes, voters deserve to know if he will reshape the judiciary, eliminate the filibuster which would reshape the legislature. Voters deserve to know and that was a really elitist remark from Joe Biden.”

Biden originally opposed packing the court in 1983.
She asked McEnany why she thinks he answered the question then, but will not answer the question now.
“The answer is he would do the exact opposite of what he said back before AOC plus three and the radical left became his puppeteers. He would reshape the judiciary. That’s why he can’t say it out loud,” McEnany said.
Biden said on Thursday Americans will know his position on packing the court after the election, as IJR previously reported.
