President Donald Trump recently lost a court battle that will force him to give up his tax filings to Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance and a recent court filing revealed that New York Attorney General Letitia James is investigating Trump’s financial statements.

Though they were redacted, the filings revealed that James is suing the Trump Organization over a subpoena forcing Eric Trump to testify about the business.

James’ office is looking into the “Statements of Financial Condition,” which would tell lenders the state of Trump’s business. The investigation began after Trump fixer Michael Cohen told Congress that Trump had inflated his on the statements, according to the Washington Post.

Cohen said that “Trump inflated his total assets when it served his purpose, such as trying to be listed among the wealthiest people in Forbes and deflated his assets to reduce his real estate taxes.”

The filing also says that Eric Trump, who serves as an executive within the Trump Organization, was set to testify in July and suddenly canceled. The attorney general’s office is investigating four different properties, according to the New York Times.

It’s the second major blow in the past week to Trump, who is trying to keep his tax filings under wraps. On Thursday, a federal judge ruled that Trump cannot stop Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance from subpoenaing the president’s tax returns.

In early June, the Supreme Court ruled that Trump is not immune to subpoenas from New York prosecutors. But the case also blocked Congress from accessing Trump’s documents and Trump’s financial history is unlikely be come clear before the 2020 election.

President Trump blasted that ruling as an extenuation of a witch-hunt against him, tweeting, “The Supreme Court sends case back to Lower Court, arguments to continue. This is all a political prosecution. I won the Mueller Witch Hunt, and others, and now I have to keep fighting in a politically corrupt New York. Not fair to this Presidency or Administration!”
