Talwani’s latest ruling is another example of the federal bench being used as a weapon by the Democratic machine to shield its sacred cows—Planned Parenthood chief among them. Her reasoning? That the Department of Health and Human Services didn’t give “clear notice” to the Democrat-led states before cutting off funding. Because apparently, giving notice is more important than standing up for actual human lives.
Let’s break this down: Congress passed the “One Big Beautiful Bill”—a clear, lawful piece of legislation backed by the American people, signed by President Donald J. Trump, and supported by a pro-life majority. It included a provision to stop funneling taxpayer dollars into abortion mills for one year. A modest start. That includes $1,000 to none other than climate scold and international man-of-sorrow John Kerry, $350 to Sen. Elizabeth “I’ve got a plan for that” Warren, and $100 to Barack Obama. Oh, and let’s not forget the $275 she funneled straight into the DNC. This isn’t some impartial referee of the Constitution. This is a dyed-in-the-wool progressive activist in a black robe.
She even volunteered for both Obama and Warren’s campaigns. That’s right—Judge Talwani knocked on doors to get Warren elected, and now she’s sitting on a bench ruling on policies passed by the president and vice president that voters actually chose in 2024. But sure, this is totally normal. Nothing to see here.
What’s at stake isn’t just a one-year funding cut. It’s a broader question of who gets to decide where your tax dollars go. Do the people you elect—Trump, Vance, the GOP-majority Congress—have the authority to pass laws and execute them? Or will that authority be perennially hijacked by unelected judges who just happen to have maxed out their donations to Democrat politicians?

The goal is simple: stop forcing taxpayers to bankroll a billion-dollar abortion empire under the guise of “women’s health.” And yet every time the pro-life movement gains ground, a well-placed activist judge shows up with a rubber stamp and a stack of legal jargon to make sure Planned Parenthood’s funding stream stays wide open.
