Catherine, Princess of Wales, has returned to work after being out of the spotlight for months while undergoing cancer treatment.
The princess hosted a meeting at Windsor Castle on Tuesday, CNN reported.
Kate, 42, had been undergoing chemotherapy for an undisclosed cancer.
“The Princess of Wales, Joint Patron, the Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales, this afternoon held an Early Years Meeting at Windsor Castle,” a post in the Court Circular, which officially documents events carried out by the royal family either in public or behind palace walls, read.
Kate, who is married to Prince William, gave a health update last week when she said she was “doing what I can to stay cancer free” and starting a “new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life.”
A video message showed Kate and William’s family enjoying the outdoors.
The princess said the past nine months have been a challenge.
“I am, however, looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can,” she said.
No further details of the meeting were available.
In the past, Kate has focused on early childhood development.
In 2021, she launched the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.
Kate took part in King Charles’ birthday parade, known as Trooping the Colour, in June. She received a standing ovation a month later when she attended the Wimbledon men’s singles final with her daughter, Princess Charlotte.
She is expected to attend the annual Remembrance Day service at the Cenotaph in London in November. That ceremony honors those who have served in war.
