White House press secretary Jen Psaki says former President Donald Trump is not missed by the Biden administration on Twitter.

Psaki was asked during Monday’s press conference if it has made the Biden administration’s job “easier” that Trump has been banned from Twitter, especially during talks on COVID-19 relief negotiations.

“This may be hard to believe, we don’t spend a lot of time talking about or thinking about President Trump here, former President Trump to be very clear,” Psaki responded.

The White House press secretary added, “I can’t say we miss him on Twitter.”

The White House rejecting commenting on if Trump should still be banned on Twitter, saying it is Twitter’s decision. She added that there is a “need for social media platforms to continue to take steps to reduce hate speech.”

Psaki also weighed in on if Trump would continue to have access to intelligence briefings, to which she said, “It’s something, obviously, that’s under review.”

Trump was permanently banned by Twitter before he left office. This decision came days after pro-Trump protesters storming the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
