An elementary school administrator in Queens faces federal charges after prosecutors said he secretly ran a prostitution operation for over a decade.
According to the New York Post, Bond Ng, 47, an assistant principal at PS 16 in Corona, was arrested Sunday for allegedly coercing a woman into sex work and arranging paid encounters with clients from across the country.
Authorities say Ng posed as the woman in text messages and helped coordinate sessions for as much as $2,000 an hour.
Court documents indicate the alleged activity dates back to 2011 and continued as recently as December 2025 in a luxury Long Island City apartment building.
“My rate is 2k love,” Ng reportedly texted one client, according to prosecutors. Clients were instructed to deposit money into a Zelle account tied to Ng, the complaint said.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Daniel Amzallag told the court that Ng “groomed” the woman, who had little experience in sex work, and described him as “more coercive than we originally thought.”
Authorities also noted communications with three other women linked to massage parlors, suggesting a wider operation.
Ng was released on a $150,000 bond on Tuesday after appearing in Brooklyn federal court. He was ordered to stay away from PS 16 and remain within New York City while the case proceeds.
His sister, a project manager, posted the bond and accompanied him to court. Ng will also wear a GPS monitor.
The assistant principal earned roughly $173,000 a year and oversaw “testing, school safety, and technology” at the school. It remains unclear whether he has been suspended or removed from his position, and the New York City Department of Education declined to comment, deferring to federal authorities.
Authorities said Ng was flagged upon returning from Colombia last week and admitted in a voluntary interview that he acted as the woman’s manager, coordinating encounters for her “fans.”
Investigators obtained two of his cellphones, which allegedly contained extensive evidence of his involvement.
If convicted, Ng faces significant prison time as federal prosecutors continue to investigate the scope of the alleged prostitution network and any potential ties to sex trafficking.
