Among those transferred was Antonio Oseguera Cervantes, the brother of slain Jalisco New Generation Cartel leader Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera Cervantes. 

“While ICE law enforcement officers were demonized at the Super Bowl, our officers were risking their lives to arrest public safety threats from American neighborhoods."

The footage showed gunmen standing on the Margaret McDermott Bridge, just west of downtown Dallas, firing weapons into the air as traffic passed below. 

If approved, Michigan would join states such as New York, Connecticut, and Illinois, which have already moved to limit immigration enforcement in local courts. 

At one point, a group attempted to move beyond concrete barriers and march toward the ICE facility, an action police deemed a major violation.
