"What's the plan?"

In testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives Intelligence Committee, former intelligence chief Brian Murphy accused department leadership of urging him to "blame Far Left groups in an exaggerated fashion.

"Mr. Murphy is scheduled for a closed door staff-led interview on Friday."

The shift in attention comes after years of election-related anxiety revolving around the integrity of vote tallying machines and electronic poll books.

"To continue to limit the spread of COVID, the U.S., Mexico, and Canada will extend the restrictions on non-essential travel through Nov. 21."

Schiff said he also had issued a subpoena to force DHS to turn over "documents, communications, and other records" related to the committee's probe of Murphy's allegations.

"You have this witch’s brew that really hasn’t happened in America’s history."

"Without our access, we cannot adequately represent Mr. Murphy."

The allegations caused an outcry among Democratic lawmakers.

Spivey explained why DHS believes Wolf should not testify.

The instruction had come to Wolf from White House national security adviser Robert O'Brien, Murphy cited Wolf as saying.

Wolf also attributed violence to both "white supremacist extremists" and "anarchist extremists."

Wolf stands by his actions taken in Portland.

The announcement comes after the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) found earlier this month that Wolf's acting appointment did not follow processes.

"Top DHS officials were regularly diverted from dealing with genuine security threats by the chore of responding to these inappropriate and often absurd executive requests."

The GAO found that the department did not follow the proper chain of succession.

"In no way are we doing anything on peaceful protests."

It was working with experts from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to "protect against foreign influence."
