“The View” co-hosts are clashing following President-elect Donald Trump’s victory.

Co-host Sunny Hostin expressed during Thursday’s show how she felt “saddened” seeing Vice President Kamala Harris during her speech on Wednesday, “primarily because this is the kind of leadership we could have had… The country missed out on that, the leadership of moving forward, not going back, the leadership of someone that was trying to unify the country… It’s just going to become more divisive under someone like Donald Trump,” per TV Insider.

Co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin issued her remarks on why she believes the American people voted for Trump to return to the White House.

“Some of these people would say, ‘I don’t like him. I don’t like the things he says. But I felt like my life was better under him.’ I think that a lot of Democrats missed the moment,” Griffin said.

Hostin fired back, “What about a postmortem on the Republican Party?” The two clashed as Griffin then continued, “Let me just make my point here.”

The co-host said, “This is not about a micro issue like Gaza. It’s people saying, ‘The cost of living is too high, wages are too low, my life felt better under him.'”

Griffin asked, “A district that’s 97 percent Latino went 75 percentage points for Donald Trump. Why?”

Hostin quickly responded, “Misogyny.”

Griffin continued, talking over Hostin, “No, it’s on the border! The border crisis is on their doorstep and they were begging people to care about it for years! We need to take some lessons.”

Prior to Hostin’s earlier remarks, co-host Joy Behar shared, “Today, I don’t feel well. Yesterday, I felt better. Maybe it was the valium.”

Behar continued: “But today I feel like we lost the Senate, Supreme Court, the executive branch, and the House [of Representatives] is on the verge of going to him. It’s pathetic. There are no checks and balances. A completely intelligent, qualified woman lost to a guy who was simulating sex with a microphone. I mean, come on America.”

ESPN pundit Stephen A. Smith also appeared on “The View,” where he said “90% of the voters don’t have the information,” and that voters are focused on making a living and providing for their family. Hostin chimed, “Maybe you need to listen to the news when you’re in traffic then.”
