A third teenager has been arrested for the foiled plan to attack a Taylor Swift concert in Austria.

The Iraqi 18-year-old had recently taken “an oath of allegiance” to ISIS, the Islamic State of Iraq, per Fox News, citing officials.

The concerts were canceled when news of the planned attack came to light.

Austrian Interior Minister Gerhard Karner said the teenager “comes from the social environment” of the main suspect, a 19-year-old Austrian with North Macedonian roots.

This main suspect allegedly had bomb-making materials, chemical substances and technical devices in his home.

Officials said the suspect confessed to planning to “kill as many people as possible outside the concert venue” by using knives or homemade explosives.

The sold-out Eras Tour shows were to be held Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Ernst Happel Stadium in Vienna.

“He had been in contact with the main perpetrator, but is not directly connected to the attack plans,” Interior Minister Gerhard Karner said Friday, according to the Associated Press. “But, as was found out a few days ago, he took an oath of allegiance specifically to ISIS on Aug. 6.”

The suspect – who Reuters reported, citing the interior ministry, as being an Iraqi national – was arrested in Vienna on Thursday night.

A 17-year-old has also been arrested; a 15-year-old has been questioned but has not been named a suspect, Fox News reported.

None of the suspects have been named.

The main suspect was “clearly radicalized in the direction of the Islamic State and thinks it is right to kill infidels,” Omar Haijawi-Pirchner, the head of the Directorate of State Security and Intelligence, said.

The Austrian interior ministry told the AP that investigators are now evaluating physical and electronic evidence.

Concert organizers in Austria expected about 65,000 fans to attend each concert inside the stadium and close to 30,000 outside — where authorities believe the suspects planned to attack.

The attack was planned for Thursday or Friday, according to Karner.

Swift is set to perform five concerts starting next Thursday at London’s Wembley Stadium.

The concerts are expected to held as planned.

As of Friday morning Swift has not commented on the issue.
