Political activist Charlie Kirk’s words were powerful when he was alive. The power in his words has grown exponentially since his death.

Kirk, 31, was shot Wednesday while speaking at a “Prove Me Wrong” debate at Utah Valley University, in Orem, Utah. He later died of his injuries, IJRpreviously reported.

Since his death, people have echoed the words Kirk spoke about living a productive life.

“You are commanded to go do something productive with your life,” Kirk once said. “To go give and to produce and to risk and to then go sow into other people. That is a Biblical idea that has made the world a profoundly better place.”

Kirk served as a beacon of hope and inspiration young Americans.

“Kirk’s life shaped their political views, and his influence is likely to have a profound effect on those steering the country, or who hope to, for decades to come,” Politico reported.

“He was the best of us,” said Nick Solheim, chief executive officer of the conservative personnel development organization American Moment. “Every young man who works in the White House had a story just like his, and they admired him for being a leader amongst our cohort.”

“His advocacy for the rights of the unborn, especially after Dobbs, when so many Republicans were looking to cut and run on the issue … was hugely influential on young staffers on the Hill and throughout the movement,” said Theo Wold, a White House official in President Donald Trump’s first term.
