Former President Donald Trump is “fired up” and ready to announce another run for the White House, according to one of his advisers, Jason Miller.

During an appearance on Steve Bannon’s podcast on Friday, Miller said, “Here’s what’s important for people to realize: President Trump is going to announce on Tuesday that he is running for president and it’s gonna be a very professional, very buttoned-up announcement.”

“We did a run-through this morning with the logistics team they have some great folks that are on board. All the details are covered. Gonna have 1,000 people there with the signs,” Miller continued.

He went on to assure people concerned about the quality of the coming announcement that the people in charge of the preparations are “pros.”

Miller added, “I personally did the checklist with them this morning. That’s going to be fine.”

He also told Bannon he spoke to the former president:

“I got him this morning, he was on the golf course, and talked to him about Tuesday and really his focus. He said, ‘Look, there doesn’t need to be any question. Of course, I’m running. I’m gonna do this and I want to make sure that people know that I’m fired up.”

Earlier this week, Miller appeared on Newsmax and said he would advise Trump to delay the announcement until after the run-off election for Georgia’s Senate seat on Dec. 6.

The run-off could determine which party controls the Senate.

“Of course, President Trump had said he’d be making an announcement on Nov. 15, next Tuesday. I’m advising the president to hold off until after the Georgia race,” Miller said.

He added, “Priorities A, B, and C need to be about Herschel [Walker] right now. This is bigger than anything else in the country. We’ve got to show the focus is on Georgia.”

On Monday night, Trump revealed his plan to make a “very big announcement” on Nov. 15.

However, in the wake of a disappointing midterm election for Republicans, some have urged him to delay the announcement.

Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany said on Fox News on Wednesday, “I know there’s a temptation to talk about 2024. No, no, no. 2022 is not over. Every Republican energy needs to go to grinding the Biden agenda to a halt.”

“I think [Trump] needs to put it on pause, absolutely…He will make his own decision. If I’m advising any contender — DeSantis, Trump, whomever — no one announces 2024 until we get through Dec. 6,” she added.
