Former President Donald Trump is attacking the credibility of Fox News.
In a post Truth Social, Trump wrote, “Nobody can ever trust Fox News, and I am one of them, with the weak and ineffective RINO, Paul Ryan, on its Board of Directors. He’s a total lightweight, a failed and pathetic Speaker of the House, and a very disloyal person.”
“Romney was bad, but Paul Ryan made him look worse. As a team, they never had a chance. Rupert and Lachlan, get that dog off your Board – You don’t need him. ALL YOU NEED IS TRUMP. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he added.
His post comes days after former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.), who is on the board of Fox News’ parent company, said he won’t vote for Trump in November.
“Character is too important to me,” Ryan told Yahoo Finance.
He added, “And it’s a job that requires the kind of character that he just doesn’t have.”
Still, Ryan said, “I really disagree with [President Biden] on policy. I wrote in a Republican the last time, I’m gonna write in a Republican this time.”
