President Donald Trump insisted the Republican Party is more unified than ever during a fiery Sunday night post on Truth Social, even as the GOP continues to wrestle with internal fractures over leadership and legislative battles.

According to Fox News, Trump proclaimed the party has “never been so UNITED AS IT iS RIGHT NOW!” and dismissed internal critics with a sharply worded jab.

“Other than Rand Paul, Rand Paul Jr. (Massie!), Marjorie ‘Traitor’ Brown, and a couple of other ‘lowlifes,’ and other than the fact that many want the Election threatening Filibuster TERMINATED … and some don’t, there is great spirit and cohesion,” he wrote.

The president also boasted about the size and strength of the GOP since he first launched his 2015 campaign.

“The Republican Party is MUCH BIGGER than it was,” Trump said. “Many Millions More Members! We now have the Strongest Border EVER, Biggest Tax Cuts, the Best Economy, Highest Stock Market in USA History, and sooo much more.”

He closed the post with a familiar rallying cry: “BUT, THE BEST IS YET TO COME! VOTE REPUBLICAN!!!”

Trump’s declaration of unity came just 48 hours after Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., a longtime ally, announced she would resign her seat following a public rift with the president. Trump argued she had “gone Far Left,” a characterization that Greene fiercely rejected in a lengthy statement.

Is the Republican Party truly united despite recent internal conflicts?

“Americans are used by the Political Industrial Complex of both political parties, election cycle after election cycle, in order to elect whichever side can convince Americans to hate the other side more,” Greene wrote. “And the results are always the same — nothing ever gets better for the common American man or woman.”

Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., lamented her departure.

“I’m very sad for our country,” Massie said. “She embodies what a true Representative should be. Everyone should read her statement; there’s more honesty expressed in these four pages than most politicians will speak in a lifetime.”

Democrats saw the situation differently. Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, criticized Greene during an appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

“Honestly, I was like, you’ve got to be kidding me,” Crockett said. “You’re on the other side of the president for one week, and you can’t take the heat.”

She added that Greene’s rhetoric has long contributed to the hostile political environment.

“Imagine what it is to sit in my shoes … to have people like her who are constantly fanning the flames of hate, and imagine what those threats look like when you literally are someone like me.”
