President Donald Trump is criticizing Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle, after hearing reports of the couple urging Americans to vote for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden for president.
“I’m not a fan of hers and I would say this, and she probably has heard that. I wish a lot of luck to Harry cause he’s gonna need it,” Trump said.

This is not the first time the royal couple has faced criticism from the president.
When the couple relocated from Canada to Los Angeles, Trump made it clear the United States will not cover the cost of security for them, as IJR previously reported.
“Now they have left Canada for the U.S. however, the U.S. will not pay for their security protection. They must pay!” Trump said.
A spokeswoman for the couple responded in a statement.
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have no plans to ask the U.S. government for security resources. Privately funded security arrangements have been made,” she said.
Markle criticized Trump during his 2016 presidential campaign and called it misogynistic and divisive.
Trump responded to her criticism in 2019, “I didn’t know that. What can I say? I didn’t know that she was nasty.”
The couple recently struck a deal with Netflix earlier this month to produce documentaries, docu-series, feature films, scripted shows, and children’s programming, as IJR previously reported.
“Our focus will be on creating content that informs but also gives hope,” they said in a statement. “As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us.”
Prince Harry and Markle said Netflix’s “unprecedented reach will help us share impactful content that unlocks action.”
Ted Sarandos, Netflix’s co-chief executive and chief content officer, said the streaming service is “incredibly proud” they chose Netflix as their “creative home.”
The couple made the deal just six months after relocating to the United States.
