Former President Donald Trump is roasting President Joe Biden after a video showed him being interrupted by someone in an Easter Bunny costume.
During a rally over the weekend, Trump said, “Our country is being destroyed, our country is going to hell. We’ve never had anything like this.”
“And we have a president right now, sadly, who has absolutely no idea what the hell is happening. He’s shaking hands with the air. He’s walking around somewhat bewildered. It’s no good. And taking orders from the Easter Bunny,” Trump continued.
He went on:
“You know the Easter Bunny was a political operative. He did a good job. We should hire that guy. He said, ‘No, no, don’t talk, don’t talk to those people.'”

Finally, Trump said, “If you want to keep America in a death spiral of crime… chaos, craziness, corruption, and historic national catastrophes, you must absolutely go out and vote for the radical Democrats.”
“If you want to have a country that’s going to be great again… you have to vote for America First Republicans,” he added.
Trump’s comments come after Biden was interrupted by someone in an Easter Bunny costume while speaking about Afghanistan.

Trump also referred to a video that some claim appeared to show Biden trying to shake hands with the air.

However, fact-checking site PolitiFact called that claim “false.”
“Videos show that Biden was actually pointing at the audience behind him with his whole hand. He acknowledges the right side, then the left, and begins to walk forward,” it explained.
