Terrifying surveillance footage shows the moment the UK mass train stabbing suspect stormed into a barbershop wielding a massive knife — just one day before allegedly launching a bloody attack on a London-bound train.
According to the New York Post, the suspect, Anthony Williams, 32, was captured on camera pacing outside a barbershop Friday night — shortly after he allegedly stabbed a 14-year-old boy in a separate incident, The Sun reported.
The chilling CCTV footage shows Williams walking near a white car before whipping out a large blade and charging into the shop, sending employees and customers fleeing in panic just before 7:30 p.m.
It’s not yet clear whether anyone was injured during the barbershop ordeal.
Authorities believe the shocking scene was one of three knife attacks tied to Williams. The confrontation came minutes after he allegedly stabbed the teenage boy, who was later treated for minor injuries at a local hospital.
Less than 24 hours later, Williams allegedly boarded a London-bound train in Huntingdon, in eastern England, where he went on a violent rampage, wounding 11 people in a terrifying assault that left passengers bloodied and screaming.
Witnesses said the suspect shouted “Kill me, kill me” as police officers swarmed the train to subdue him.
Williams has since been charged with 10 counts of attempted murder, one count of actual bodily harm, and one count of possessing a bladed article in connection with the spree.
Police continue to investigate the string of attacks, which have left communities across the region shaken.
