President Donald Trump appeared to take a swipe at former President Joe Biden’s alleged use of autopen during his time at the White House.

In a clip of Trump signing a proclamation in the Oval Office, the president lifts the document up for reporters to see, and says, “here’s your proclamation, let’s see what it looks like, signed by the human hand.”

After his exit from office, Biden was accused of using an autopen to sign important executive orders, sparking claims that the former president was not cognitively capable of carrying out his duties.

The proclamation commemorates the 90th Anniversary of the Social Security Act, and further details how, with the passage of the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” the vast majority of America’s senior citizens will no longer have to pay tax on their Social Security benefits.
